THE
IET® ESSENCE SPRAYS
THE IET® ESSENCE SPRAYS were
created to complement the Integrated Energy Therapy®
system by facilitating the process of untangling
and releasing blocked energy and bringing nourishment,
balance and flow to the system. They can also be
used to great benefit with other systems that focus
on clearing and balancing energy such as Reiki,
acupressure, theraputic massage, Shiatsu, chiropractic,
Jin Shin Do, Feldencreis and others. They are also
very effective for self healing.
The IET®ESSENCES correspond
to the cellular memory areas described below. They
are designed to be misted over the blocked or distressed
part of the body, and/or into the energy field that
surrounds the body. This floods the area with a
unique vibration of the perfectly balanced Divine
Energy of Nature which is a transformational force.
It helps to dissolve and release the chaotic or
stagnant energy of the blockage and return the area
to a state of balance and flow. Another way to explain
it is that the IET Essences disrupt the ‘force
field' that holds a blockage in place. This causes
the blockage to dis-integrate which frees the energy
to come into resonance with the balance and clarity
of the higher energetic order.
THERE ARE 12 IET ESSENCE COMBINATIONS
- Nine of the essences correspond directly to the
cellular memory areas, plus there is one each for
‘Opening’ and ‘Grounding’,
and one for the ‘Soul Star‘. The essences
that correspond to specific cellular memory areas
hold the Light or healing aspect of the suppressed
energy held in that area. For example, according
to the IET system, the energy of stress and powerlessness
lodges in the stomach and adrenals and is cleared
by flooding the area with a pure and balanced vibration
which is referred to as ‘ease‘. Accordingly,
the essence for this area is called EASE and holds
this clear vibration. Each time the essence is applied,
another layer of impacted energy clears. Dowsing
the cellular memory areas before and after using
the sprays is an excellent way to demonstrate their
efficacy.

DEFINITIONS
OF IET ESSENCE COMBINATIONS
OPENING - Clears
Energy, Promotes Receptivity - Instantly
clears the air and the energy field by flooding
it with a vibration that feels like fresh air after
a spring rain. It increases the exchange of energy
between people so that one is more able to give
and receive energy which is very helpful, especially
during a healing session. It can be sprayed around
the head and shoulders whenever there is a need
for clearing and it can be used to clear unwanted
energy from any environment. Spraying hands and
healing tables before giving a session can increase
the resonance and energetic flow between healer
and client.
INNOCENCE - Clears
Guilt - The cellular memory area where
the energy of guilt is stored is the top of the
head (the Crown chakra). Guilt and the resulting
blockage is caused by lingering feelings of having
done wrong and never having received the balm of
forgiveness from self, others or God. This can leave
us feeling unworthy of, or detached from, our connection
to our Divine Source. After rebalancing the energy,
‘Innocence’ helps to imprint the Truth
that in the eyes of God, we are innocent, forgiven,
and ever and always the Light of our True Selves.
TRUST - Clears
Distrust - The cellular memory area where
the energy of distrust is held is the ’third
eye’ (the sixth chakra). This can create blockage
between our conscious mind and inner knowing, which
can leave us feeling out of touch with our intuition
and often unsure of ourselves and our choices. ‘Trust’
helps to clear the energy so that we can better
access the wisdom of our intuition, opening the
way for us to move through life with more ease,
confidence, and connection to our inner knowing.
It also helps us open to ’seeing’ energy.
SPIRITUAL PRIDE - Clears
Shame - The cellular memory area where
the energy of shame is stored is the throat and
lung area (the fifth chakra), Shame causes a loss
of our sense of self and holds us back from moving
forward into the true and open expression of who
we really are. ‘Spiritual Pride’ helps
clear this impediment and balances the energy in
the area so that our relationship with ourselves
is open to become one of love, generosity and appreciation.
Ultimately we will be able to express our True Selves
with heartfelt pride and confidence.
SUPPORT - Clears
Feelings of Threat - The cellular memory
area where the energy of threat is stored is the
back of the neck. Present and karmic fears of being
physically, emotionally or spiritually threatened
are held here, causing muscular tension and restriction
of energetic flow. This blockage conveys the belief
that says, “If I express myself, I will be
hurt.” ‘Support’ helps to clear
the fear which holds the feelings of threat in place,
so that we no longer magnetize mistreatment or persecution.
We come to trust in safety and attract support as
we expand into the full expression of who we truly
are.
FREEDOM - Clears
‘Shoulds’ and Feelings of Oppression
- The cellular memory area affected is the shoulders,
which is where we carry the weight of the world
and the ‘yoke’ of the illusion that
keeps us prisoner to the beliefs, rules and expectations
of others. Memories of physical, emotional, mental,
and spiritual oppression are also held in this area.
‘Freedom’ helps to dissolve and release
the weight of this energy so that we can shift to
the truth that our only responsibility is to follow
the directives of our hearts and Higher Selves which
is the way to freedom. It is our birthright to be
free.
LOVE - Clears
Grief, Heartbreak and Betrayal - The heart
(fourth chakra) is the cellular memory area that
holds emotional pain having to do with loss, rejection,
betrayal and other conditions which have left our
hearts feeling fragile, bruised or closed. ’Love’
helps to clear these issues, layer by layer, until
we realize that there is Love that can never leave
or betray us because it permeates our Universe.
It is the Love of God. Once we realize that we are
an inseparable part of this Love, our hearts become
open channels and we are in the continual flow of
giving and receiving this limitless supply of Love.
FORGIVENESS - Clears
Feelings of Resentment and Anger - The
spleen on the left and the liver and gall bladder
on the right side of the body are the cellular memory
areas that store the energies of resentment and
anger. These feelings may be from childhood experiences,
present life situations or previous lives. A sense
of powerlessness and feelings of having been victimized
are usually at the core. ’Forgiveness’
helps to loosen and release the layers so that we
are able to free ourselves from the pains of the
past and shift our point of creation to the powerful
present. Only when we have reclaimed all of our
energy and brought it into the all-powerful now
are we able to tap our full power to experience
love and create what we truly desire.
EASE
- Clears
Feelings of Stress and Powerlessness -
The cellular memory area where feelings of stress,
powerless and struggle are stored is the stomach
and adrenal area (third chakra). These feelings
(past, present, or karmic) are often caused by having
experienced ourselves as trapped in a dangerous
or untenable situation that we felt powerless to
escape from or alter. The resulting blockage prevents
us from accessing the energy we need to feel empowered.
’Ease’ helps release the blockage, which
increases access to energy, and helps us to shift
from a stress/struggle pattern to a more confident
relationship with ourselves and the world. We come
to expect life to flow and our desires to come to
us with ease.
SAFETY - Clears
Fear - The cellular memory area affected
is the kidney area and it holds feelings of fear.
These feelings may be of unknown origin or they
may be specifically connected to negative memories
or experiences. The resulting state is one of anxious
anticipation that something bad is going to happen.
This makes it very difficult to answer the call
of the soul and move forward into the expression
of the soul‘s purpose. ’Safety’
helps to clear the layers of fear that keep us frozen
so that we can relax into a more comfortable relationship
with change and expansion. Ultimately, we are not
letting go into the unknown; we are letting go into
the remembrance of who we really are.
SOUL STAR - Releases
Karmic Patterns, Aligns Us with Our Soul’s
Mission - The Soul Star is an energy center
located approximately 4 feet above the head (the
eighth chakra). It is the cellular memory area that
contains the blueprint for our soul’s mission,
which consists of healing specific karmic patterns
and bringing our soul-inspired dreams into manifestation.
‘Soul Star’ helps us to bring forth
the next step of our soul’s mission by clearing
our fear of living it, amplifying the energy of
it, bringing insight about it into our conscious
understanding, and helping us to align our will
with it. We know we are on track when we are aware
of a feeling of ’rightness’ in where
we are and what we are doing.
GROUNDING
- For
Grounding and Integration - For general
use when there is a need for grounding one’s
energy into their physical body and establishing
a conscious connection to the physical Earth. It
is very helpful for those who have a tendency to
feel out of body after a healing or any other energetically
expansive experience. In addition, shifts that occur
during such experiences need to be integrated so
that they can be put to use in daily life. ‘Grounding’
spray can be misted into the energy field around
the head and shoulders or ’Grounding’
drops can be taken orally.

THE
IET® ESSENCE DROPS
THE
IET® ESSENCE DROPS were created to
deepen and continue the healing in between IET sessions
and to provide an additional tool for anyone who
wishes to clear and transform issues connected with
each of the nine cellular memory areas. Opening,
Grounding and Soul Star are also available in oral
solution. They are made from the same combinations
of Mother essences as the sprays and are used in
the same way as traditional essence drops. They
come in 1/2 ounce cobalt blue dropper bottles.

The IET® ESSENCES were created
