Giving from a Full Cup - Reminds us to nurture our needs, maintain our balance, and fill our own cup before we give our energy to others. Helps us release the habit of extending, not only beyond our capacity, but beyond that which is our true responsibility. Over-extension leads to stress and imbalance, which keeps us from experiencing our connection with Source. Joe Pye helps realign us with our Higher Selves, which balances us and informs us when we are over-extending. We can, if we choose, stay with the Divine flow of ease, lightness and joy.
