The Fruitfully Yours Herbal Doula Support Package is my way of passing that same kind of love to you-a prayerful, plant‑based companion for your womb, your postpartum body, and the family you are nurturing.
We begin with a gentle phone consultation, where you can share your story-fertility journeys, past births, miscarriages or losses, postpartum experiences, hopes for this season. I listen closely, with an herbalist's mind and a doula's heart, and together we name the specific support your body and spirit are asking for. From there, I craft 2-3 custom herbal products just for you, using organic and often wild‑harvested herbs from our local lands: perhaps a mineral‑rich womb tea, a calming postpartum blend for you and your partner, or a nourishing tonic to rebuild blood and energy.
You receive a written or emailed protocol that explains when and how to use each item, along with simple lifestyle and rhythm suggestions that match your real life-not an idealized version of it. When the seasons shift, or your stage of healing changes, I offer seasonal recommendations so your care can evolve with you, rather than staying stuck in a single moment.
This package also opens an ongoing doorway into our Mountain Flower family: priority newsletter access with teaching from our Southern Black and Indigenous traditions, 10% off future general product orders like hair sets, salves, or iron syrups, and priority access to future custom herbal order requests when you are ready for a refill or something new.
